Discussion Topic:
Helping your child to Become Emotionally Resilient.
All too often parents do their best to shield children from the harsh realities of life. Yet, without some experience of suffering how can children learn that they can not just survive adversity but thrive afterwards? In this talk David shares his knowledge of children and their emotional wellbeing with a view to giving parents the skills and confidence to help their children become emotionally resilient in the face of whatever ups and downs life throws their way. Delivered with David’s usual blend of expertise, humour and a common sense approach to helping children to grow and develop to their full potential, this talk is intended to anyone who lives or works with children.
