The 6th class students created a short film titled The Wheels of Change as their inspiring entry for the FÍS Film Competition 2025. This educational musical film highlights the importance of sustainable travel to school, promoting walking, cycling, and scooting as eco-friendly alternatives to car travel. Through catchy songs and engaging storytelling, the film explores the many benefits of sustainable travel, including improved physical health, reduced traffic congestion, lower carbon emissions, and a cleaner environment. The children took on a variety of important roles throughout the production, including scriptwriting, acting, singing, directing, filming, editing, costume and set design, and even managing sound and lighting. Their teamwork, creativity, and dedication brought the project to life, delivering a powerful message about environmental responsibility and the small changes that can make a big difference.
